National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
We are pleased to offer the latest edition 9 of the NPLQ which can be the first stepping stone to a rewarding career in sports and leisure.

Level 2 – Instructing Kettle Bell
The course requires physical exertion and individual participation is essential; therefore, a degree of physical fitness is necessary. Candidates should have basic skills in communication pitched at Level 2. Information on our next course coming soon.

STA Award in Swimming Teaching
Swimming teachers are able to seek employment in a wide variety of leisure facilities. As a swimming teacher, you would be responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating a series of progressive and fun swimming lessons teaching non-swimmer, beginner and improver participants. This qualification provides the knowledge and skills to be able to plan, deliver and supervise safe and effective exercise programmes within a gym or health club environment. Information on our next course coming soon.

Introduction to Indoor Group Cycling
This course will provide you with an introduction to Instructing Indoor group cycling. You will gain the knowledge, understanding and instructional skills required by an instructor of indoor group cycling.
