Sean McNally
Sean is a dynamic professional at the core of our sports centre, serving with passion as a sports attendant, a certified fitness instructor, and an enthusiastic coach for our children’s programs. Presently, he is broadening his expertise through a rigorous sports science program at Abertay University, complementing his hands-on experience with academic knowledge.
With a Level 3 Personal Training qualification, Sean expertly guides both in-person and online clients on their fitness journeys. His commitment to fitness is not just professional; as an amateur boxer and a dedicated hybrid athlete, he embodies the principles of athleticism and health he teaches.
Kyle Stark
Kyle is an enthusiastic and invested fitness instructor at Gardyne Sports Centre. He aims to provide fun and imaginative fitness classes each day. Kyle spent 5 years at D&A College learning how to be a proficient coach and instructor, finishing his HND this year (2023). He now aims to join the Navy.
Zoe Samson
Zoe has been part of the Gardyne fitness team for over 2 years now. Having studied Fitness, Health and Exercise for 2 years and gaining her Level 3 Personal Training Qualification, she has been wholeheartedly committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals and lead a healthier lifestyle.
Working as a personal trainer, she has had the privilege of assisting numerous clients on their unique fitness journey and pushing them to their goals. Witnessing the positive impact of physical fitness on their lives is incredibly rewarding for her.
Zoe has been taking a variety of fitness classes over the last 2 years. Throughout her fitness classes, Zoe aims to create an inclusive and supportive environment where individuals of all fitness levels can thrive and push their Boundaries.
